Weekends and Public Holiday Surcharge:

At holaCleaning.com.au we understand general business hours shouldn’t just be 9-5 Monday to Friday! that’s why we work 7 days with extended time 6am to 7:30 pm and charge a $25 surcharge for weekends services and out of 9-5 hours (with exception to days denoted as public holidays, after hours / emergency / call out clean) with extra charge of $40. 

Payments, Services, Appointments, Rescheduling, Cancellations, Service Price and CPI adjustments:

holaCleaning.com.au requires payment for services at point of booking or at point of issuing invoice accounts.  In the event that you have been placed on pre-payment account, all balances are required within 48 hours of issuing invoice date and prior to the commencement of services or the booking will be cancelled and may result in the cancellation of all bookings, future bookings and or if redeeming a voucher making the voucher void and non-refundable. Failure of payment may result in re-issuing of invoice(s) in-addition to late payment fee(s) of $9.99 per notice thereof and or cancellation of future bookings. All services, unless specified are facilitated by one (1) cleaning team member, All regular cleaning services on our pre-paid regular, 3 month or greater scheduled cleaning service is charged at a discounted price rate, therefore if the service is cancelled at any time by the customer the services charged will revert to the casual price rate and the difference will be refunded and or invoiced for payment. All appointments allocated are your (the customers) responsibility to record and keep to the allocated appointment time as no reminder will be issued with exception to a generated sms / text advising our cleaning team members envisaged arrival time at your property and in the event you (the customer) failed to attend the appointment the service will be cancelled.  An appointment or booking will be cancelled if our cleaner(s) are required to wait more than 5 minutes to gain access to a property at the designated appointment time. All booking cancelled and or requests for rescheduling and or cancellation(s) within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 100% service charge for the full amount chargeable and or is forfeited. All prices as denoted on website(s), promotional material and but not limited to quotes and tenders, are subject to service price increase(s) on the 1st January per year or at holaCleaning.com.au discretion, CPI adjustments and or as deemed required by holaCleaning.com.au.

Requests, Bookings, Shipping, Delivery and Parking:

All requests and bookings are subject to our cleaning schedule, availability and terms and conditions. All booking requests are subject to our serviceability schedule being +60 MINUTES variable of the requested time.  Once your order has been received and processed one of our team members will be in contact generally within 24 hours during business hours to confirm your cleaning service request, however we reserve the right to but not limited to amend, alter and postpose services due to business requirements.

holaCleaning.com.au and or its associated businesses delivers services to metro locations within Adelaide South Australia, Melbourne Victoria and Perth Western Australia unless stated is subject to our metro 25 kilometre driving service radius from the city GPO (radius denoted by google maps and or other such location to location navigation device(s)) as the quickest route.  holaCleaning.com.au services due to scheduling requirements are based on a +/- 60 minute time period. “If metered parking and or paid parking is required to facilitate a service, this will be charged to the customer’s invoice for payment and service time commences at arrival of metered/paid parking”

 

Pre-allocated time for cleaning:

Services purchase is based on per cleaning team member per hour and is up to the paid allocated time. If you require extra cleaning time, this is to be prepaid and pre-allocated before your clean. Extra time required is subject to availability and at holaCleaning.com.au‘s discretion to add the extra time.

GST Sales Tax:

holaCleaning.com.au and or its associated businesses charges GST sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being delivered.

Our team members of professional cleaners and may carry personal body alarms to your property. In the event of extreme weather conditions and or temperature conditions forecast to be 40 degrees or above do have a scheduled window cleaning, your appointment will be rescheduled to another date. In the event that you and or a person within your property is suffering from an Illness or is feeling unwell, for the wellbeing of our cleaning team members, we require you to advise us as soon as possible if there is someone in your home whom is suffering from an illness to enable  reschedule your appointment to an another date.  In the event failure to advise our services will be cancelled and the booking forfeited. Where provided access to property(s) by way of keys and or security access codes, you will be bound by our separate disclosure issued and receipt waiver agreement(s) (please see our key waiver). 

Chemical Usage:

To be compliant, under no circumstances will any holaCleaning.com.au team member are to undertake any task/s by using clients own Chemical Cleaning Products and Equipment without the appropriate company (Cluster Services and Supply PTY LTD) training and or correct use instructions and or SDS Sheets (Safety data sheets). At holaCleaning.com.au we are Trained in Chemical Handling and only use our own certified cleaning chemicals for our cleaning task/s which have their own correct up to date labelling, own SDS Sheet (Safety Data Sheet) which outlines the following:

• Hazards Identification, 

• Composition / Information on Ingredients, 

• First Aid Measures, 

• Fire Fighting Measures, 

• Accidental Release Measures, 

• Storage and Handling, 

• Exposure Control / Personal Protection, 

• Physical and Chemical Properties, 

• Stability and Activity, 

• Toxicology Information, 

• Ecological Information, 

• Disposal Considerations, 

• Transport Information, 

• Regulatory Information and any other Information. 

 

Therefore every HolaCleaning.com.au staff member are trained on all Chemicals therefore we kindly ask that you do not hand and or offer your own cleaning chemicals whilst our cleaners perform their duties. 99% of our cleaning chemicals are Enviro Friendly however it is recommended that you advise our team either at time of booking your cleaning service that you wish to have only Enviro Chemicals and or if you suffer with any allergies or skin conditions.

Oven Cleaning: 

Our oven cleaning techniques utilise manual scrubbing and low caustic chemicals to remove debris from your oven internal surface(s) therefore we do not dismantle and or soaked your oven parts in a chemical wash.  Most oven cleaners used are low caustic, therefore we ask all customers to turn the Air Conditioning on, provide a towel in the unlikely case that an oven leaks with oven cleaner onto the floor, open any doors to help with the smell to leave the area. Customer/s agree that all occupants are to be removed from the area whilst oven cleaning is being performed. Customer/s agree that all pets are to be moved away to prevent inhalation and or become a hazard to any occupants within the area of oven cleaning. Customer/s agree to provide our cleaner/s a safe environment whilst cleaner/s are performing there cleaning task/s.

To prevent our cleaners from getting injured please ensure the oven is not hot.

Complaints:

All complaints are to be in writing by emailing and sent via email no later than 24 hours after of your scheduled clean via info@holaCleaning.com.au with any other supporting documents such as photos, your full statement and or documents etc

All complaints will be investigated accordingly with our Terms and Conditions and will be treated fairly.

Equipment, Chemicals and ECO Environmentally Friendly Products:

Our cleaning teams and services not only the use of quality cleaning equipment and chemical products to facilitate a task(s), but an option for you to go green and use ECO friendly cleaning products with exception to oven cleaning services.    

Services inclusions and exclusions:

 

Regular Cleaning services includes general cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, mopping and excludes exhaust fans, filters and blind cleaning, cleaning inside draws, oven and or microwave cleaning, walls, inside windows, lighting fixture(s), carpet cleaning, ceilings and or at height cleaning, chimney cleaning, outside doors and windows, balconies, rubbish removal, pathways and or other services considered outside and or of heavy build-up, of which incur charges additional to hourly rates and time to complete task(s).

 

Casual Cleaning services includes:

general cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, mopping and excludes exhaust fans, filters and blind cleaning, cleaning inside draws, oven and or microwave cleaning, walls, inside windows, lighting fixture(s), carpet cleaning, ceilings and or at height cleaning, chimney cleaning, outside doors and windows, balconies, rubbish removal, pathways and or other services considered outside and or of heavy build-up, of which incur charges additional to hourly rates and time to complete task(s).

Window Cleaning services includes:

general window cleaning of internal and external windows and excludes mirrors, removal of fly and or fixed screens and working at height(s), roof cleaning.  In the event of extreme weather conditions your appointment will be rescheduled to the next availability, as our team member(s) will not perform window cleaning tasks on days where the temperature is forecast to be 38+* degrees above and forecasted rain and showers.  

Debris on Glass Windows:

Any sticky substances such as sticky tape, concrete debris and or any other form of hard to remove debris will not be removed and may require a specialist to remove the sticky substance and or hard to remove debris. Under any circumstances will our team at holaCleaning.com.au will use any sharp object/s to remove debris from windows.

Oven Cleaning sizes are based on:

Single Size (single standard size is 600mm x 600mm or smaller) 

Double size (double standard size is 610mm or larger) 

 

Oven Cleaning Includes:

Removal of all oven racks, Cleaning of oven Racks, Cleaning of oven Glass Door*, Cleaning of all interior oven walls and Exhaust Fan filters

 

Oven Cleaning Excludes:

• Removal of oven fan plate and or surrounds

• Inside Exhaust Canopy

• Cleaning of internal or Removal of glass screens/window 

• Cleaning inside exhaust flume and canopy 

• Microwaves 

• BBQ’s

• Commercial properties to include food businesses.  

• Not to be used for Builders Clean/s and Renovation Clean/s

Health and Safety Notice:

For health and safety reasons, we require all windows to be open and no occupants to be in the direct vicinity whilst our team member/s are performing Oven Cleaning Services.

Ovens are to be cooled down before our Cleaner/s arrive for us to clean it.

Ovens are to be fully operational for a service technician to facilitate cleaning.

 

If our team arrives at the property and the oven is still hot we will not be able to facilitate oven cleaning tasks until the oven cool/s down to a suitable temperature therefore we may have to wait till the oven gets to a suitable temperature to start cleaning and this will be during the Customer/s total allocated time.

Our team members of professional cleaners and may carry personal body alarms to your property. In the event of extreme weather conditions and or temperature conditions forecast to be 40 degrees or above do have a scheduled window cleaning, your appointment will be rescheduled to another date.

Colds / Flus and any other form of Sickness:

In the event that you and or a person within your property is suffering from the Common Cold, an Illness or is feeling unwell, for the wellbeing of our cleaning team members, we require you to advise us as soon as possible if there is someone in your home whom is suffering from an illness to enable  reschedule your appointment to an another date.  In the event failure to advise our services will be cancelled and the booking forfeited.

Task/s deemed to be unsafe from the Cleaner:

If a team member deems a task to be dangerous to perform and or is unsafe our team has the right to STOP WORK until the task becomes safe to carry out. 

Vacate / Exit / Renovation / Construction Cleans:

Vacate Cleaning services includes within the time allocated, will facilitate general cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, spot cleaning indoor walls, indoor windows, shelves (fixed), air-conditioned vents and oven and or microwave cleaning and excludes guaranteed bond back, cleaning of fridges, microwaves, lighting fixture(s), carpet cleaning, ceilings and or at height cleaning (our cleaners will not facilitate tasks above two (2) steps on our step ladders), chimney cleaning, outside doors and windows, garage(s), balconies, rubbish removal, pathways and or other services considered outside and or heavy build-up. Vacate cleaning allocated time(s) doesn’t guarantee completion of tasks and therefore additional time at additional hourly charges may be required for tasks to be facilitated.

Our Services at holaCleaning.com.au are for general cleaning only therefore we do not facilitate cleaning for Vacate Cleaning, Exit Cleaning (if you are exiting the property), non-furnished properties of any kind, Construction Cleaning (includes where construction work has been performed in or on the property), Renovations Cleaning (includes where Renovation work has been performed in or on the property), Non-Furnished Properties. Our team will refuse your service if the property is deemed one of the above and therefore will be non-refundable of scheduled cleaning service. This includes third party vouchers.

Window Cleaning: Not to be used for Builders Clean/s and Renovation Clean/s

Servicing, Time Allocations, Quotes and Tenders:

At holaCleaning.com.au we pride ourselves on standards, that’s why our service(s) and allocated time commences at point of our team member(s) arrival to a property and or the property(s) boundary, where our team member(s) will conduct an initial general pre-inspection before commencing of any tasks and inform if additional time maybe required at additional charges. As a general guide, all time quoted, tendered and or allocated to facilitate our service is just that, a general guide of service and as such holaCleaning.com.au reserves the right to amend and or variate time allocations, quotes and tenders to incur additional charges if deemed required to complete task(s) and or service(s).

Public Liability Insurance:

holaCleaning.com.au accepts no responsibility for breakage, loss and or damage caused directly and or indirectly by contractors and or persons utilised to facilitate but not limited to cleaning duties, tasks as deemed required by holaCleaning.com.au with public liability insurance “Business Pack ‐ RelyOn – BizCover.” Policy Number “BIZ046149BUS “

GOVERNING LAW: 

In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of holaCleaning.com.au and or its associated businesses shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State’s courts relevant in Australia, its states and or territories. Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

MISCELLANEOUS: 

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED: Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. holaCleaning.com.au and or its associated businesses and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. holaCleaning.com.au will not tolerate any of the following behaviour from its staff and or customers under no circumstances:

We are here to Service your property in a Safe and Healthy Environment therefore both parties have the obligation to treat each other equally at all times

At holaCleaning.com.au we have zero tolerance for the following behaviour from both parties:

• Inappropriate language

• Raising Voice

• Arguing

• Any form of abusive behaviour being indirect and or directly

• Harassment

• Cyber bullying / abuse

• False reviewing 

• False accusing 

• any form of threatening behaviour

• False and or misleading behaviour

Failure to follow the Terms clearly outlined may result in:

• Automatic Termination of Service

• Termination of future services

• Service become void and or non-refundable.

 

Team member/s have the right to walk from a job if the above Behaviour Policy is in breach without notice.

Third Party Voucher Terms and Conditions (additional)

 

The Fine Print

• Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as gift and or as stated in your voucher fine print. •Not valid on public holidays. •48-hour cancellation policy or voucher is forfeited • Any additional hours must be pre reserved and charged at discounted rate of $40 per hour, please discuss with holaCleaning.com.au on booking • Valid for commercial and residential properties located up to 25 km driving distance from your capital city GPO. Locations up to 10 km driving distance outside this radius attracts a $25 fee • Fly screens are required to be removed prior to window cleaning • Bookings are essential and are subject to availability. Bookings are essential and are subject to availability, scheduling in suburbs on specific days and are not valid on public holidays.  Valid for residential (commercial properties if denoted in the offer and or promotion however excludes oven cleaning for food businesses) within the denoted driving distance for applicable states capital GPO and properties outside and up to the maximum driving radius as denoted within the offer and or promotion will incur a radius fee of $25 pre-payable. Vouchers are valid for cleaning by 1 staff member at 1 address at must be used in 1 visit and subject to the voucher type. holaCleaning.com.au reserves the right to withdraw services if a property is deemed to be unsafe, which may include (but are not limited to) structural, biological or chemical hazards.

Cleaning offer does not include cleaning of walls, fan, a/c units, exhaust fans or filters, blinds, curtains, furniture, washing dishes, tidying up, cleaning inside cupboards and wardrobes, carpet cleaning, cleaning of furniture to include lounges, sofas, windows and oven (unless stated in an offer) or garages, outside areas and or rubbish removal. 48-hour cancellation policy applies, non-attendance and late cancellation voids voucher.  

To confirm your request for an appointment time please reply by email advising your preferred date and time and once processed by our reservations department you will receive a booking confirmation and an email advising of your appointment, therefore by accepting an appointment(s) you agree all appointments allocated and issued are for scheduling purposes and are not a confirmation and or guarantee, rather and allocation in our system and therefore may be amended, changed  and or terminated pursuant to our terms, therefore by accepting an appointment you agree that our team member(s) allocated you your appointment may be accompanied by a trainee(s), may arrive +/- of 60 minutes of the allocated appointment time, that If on/off site parking, metered parking and or paid parking is required to facilitate a service, this will be charged to the customer’s invoice for payment and service time commences at arrival of metered / paid / car parking, that if redeeming a house cleaning voucher you agree that your property is not an unfurnished, vacate, exit, entry, Air BNB, holiday rental, builders or renovation clean property and therefore you agree that non-compliance and or breach to these terms will result in immediate termination of services and non-refund of voucher.  As stated by voucher entitlements, your voucher maybe inclusive of window and or oven cleaning during of the total time allocated and or services are based on whichever is completed first, amount of windows or service duration time, that a double oven (601mm to 900mm width +) voucher cannot be used for cleaning of two single ovens (single standard size is 600mm width or smaller) and or a single oven voucher (single standard size is 600mm width or smaller) cannot be used to clean a double oven (601mm to 900mm width +) and or you will be required to upgrade at the additional cost, that all fly screens are pre-removed, that at heights works will be performed (no use of ladders or roof work), that all animals will be restrained during our services, “KnickKnacks”, breakable and or personal effects are placed away as Cluster Services & Supply pty ltd and or its contractors accept no liability for breakage and or damage and that you have read and agree with our full Terms and Conditions 

How to Redeem

• Valid for use up to the expert date as stated on your voucher

• Bookings must be made at least: 48 hours in advance
